Payments purchase leaderboard placement and do not guarantee traffic, downloads, leads, or sales.

Eligible refunds

Contact us if you were charged more than once for the same intended bid, the paid placement was never activated, or a technical error applied the payment to the wrong listing.

Generally non-refundable

A later ranking change, low traffic, or lack of business results does not by itself qualify for a refund because the service purchased is placement at the time the bid is applied.

How refunds affect rank

Approved refunds are deducted from the app's cumulative paid total and may change its leaderboard position.
